Tunisia's parliament opens debate on 2027 budget on 9 November, under a 10 December deadline

Members of the Assembly of Representatives and the National Council of Regions and Districts begin joint plenary sessions on 9 November on the government's 2027 finance bill, Tunisia's budget law, with ministers presenting their own portfolios through 25 November before the bill as a whole comes up for a final vote. The constitution requires that vote by 10 December; parliamentary committees have already held hearings with government officials on individual portfolios.
