Tunisia's exports to Congo jump 140 percent to a record for the first eight months

Tunisian exports to the Democratic Republic of Congo reached 25.2 million dinars in the first eight months of 2026, up 140 percent from about 10.5 million in the same period last year and the highest figure ever recorded for that period, according to the export promotion agency CEPEX. Three Tunisian firms, including SOFAP Bâtiment and LUXOR, took part in the EXPOBETON trade fair in Kinshasa from 7 to 10 October, where Congolese President Félix Tshisekedi visited the Tunisian pavilion alongside Prime Minister Judith Suminwa Tuluka.
