AIIB studies its first Tunisia project, an urban transport scheme

Tunisia's Economy Minister Samir Abdelhafidh said the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank is studying financing for an urban transport project, which would be the bank's first financed operation in the country. AIIB president Zou Jiayi pledged to deepen cooperation with Tunisia and examine further infrastructure projects under the country's next five-year development plan.
