Sihem Ben Sedrine back in court over a Truth and Dignity Commission ruling, calls the case 'judicial injustice'
Former Truth and Dignity Commission (IVD) head Sihem Ben Sedrine appeared Monday before Tunis's specialised financial-corruption chamber over an arbitration ruling the commission issued in favour of the late businessman Lazhar Sta. Ben Sedrine says the ruling was lawful and calls the case a 'judicial injustice' against transitional justice; in June she was sentenced to a combined 25 years in three separate corruption and forgery cases.
