Libya's eastern parliament ousts speaker of 12 years

Lawmakers in Libya's eastern-based parliament voted out speaker Aguila Saleh, 82, after 12 years in office, replacing him with Al-Salhin Abdelnabi al-Obeidi. Analysts say Saleh had grown weaker as Khalifa Haftar's son Saddam consolidates power in the east.
