Abir Moussi's defence protests hearing set before appeal deadline

The opposition leader's lawyers say a court has scheduled a hearing before the legal deadline for her to appeal a separate ruling has even expired, calling it a procedural violation. Moussi began an open-ended hunger strike on 23 September over what her party calls the accumulation of such violations during more than two years in detention.
