Iranian drones struck the Kurdish prime minister's office in Erbil

Two explosives-laden Hadid-110 drones, launched from Iranian territory shortly after midnight into Monday, hit prime minister Masrour Barzani's private office and the residence of the head of the Parastin intelligence agency in the Pirmam district near Erbil, causing no casualties. Barzani calls the attacks "reckless and unacceptable" and "a dangerous escalation and a direct threat to the security and stability of the Kurdistan Region". Tehran accuses the region of hosting Israeli intelligence networks and Iranian-Kurdish opposition groups, and has repeatedly struck targets there since the war began in late February.
